Schutzstation Wattenmeer

Schutzstation Wattenmeer on the island of Amrum offers visitors both young and old a fascinating educational experience. On an area of altogether 150 m², seven cold-water aquariums demonstrate the beauty and uniqueness of the North Frisian tidal flats and their inhabitants. The nature conservation centre’s highlight is a three-tiered cold-water aquarium that represents a cross-section of the Wadden Sea.
